About Protected Health Information (PHI)
Our Anchor product may process protected health information on behalf of healthcare organizations. When we handle PHI, we do so as a “business associate” under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). That information is governed by our Business Associate Agreements with those organizations and by their own privacy notices, not by this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy covers information we collect through our Site and in the general course of our business. Our Archer product does not process PHI.

3Legal Bases for Processing (EEA and UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases: your consent (which you may withdraw at any time); the performance of a contract with you; our compliance with a legal obligation; and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.
6Data Security and Breach Notification
We maintain administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, including encryption in transit and at rest where appropriate, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
7Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. Information relating to customer relationships is generally retained during the engagement and for a reasonable period afterward; information about prospective customers is retained for as long as it has legitimate business value. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Amelior is based in the United States, and the information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the Site or our services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for such transfers.
9Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or limit the use of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent or object to certain processing.
